About Board Up Rochester

A property-securing intake line for Rochester and Olmsted County.

What we do

Board Up Rochester handles the request side of property securing. Owners, property managers, and authorized representatives describe the building and the openings, and a local service coordinator reviews the request and routes it based on location, building type, the scale of what is open, and provider availability.

How it works

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider will accept the project or arrive within a specific timeframe. A contractor-client relationship is created only when a provider separately accepts the project and confirms the scope and terms of service. We encourage property owners to verify the licensing, insurance, and qualifications of any provider before authorizing work.

Have a building that needs securing?

Request service and a provider can assess the situation and recommend next steps. Availability depends on location and scheduling.
